On Tuesday May 22nd CFC Azul, the new Men's soccer team, will be visiting Settlers Park to give out autographs from 5:30  to 6:30 pm. Come and meet the team!

Then on May 26th, CFC Azul Connecticut's Newest Soccer team is coming to Pomperaug High School - come out and attend!You can find out more about the AZUL at www.cfcazul.com basically the AZUL is a collection of the BEST college soccer players in the area and every player has ties to Connecticut.
We believe that this is a fantastic opportunity for our players to see the game at a very high level and a way for them to get involved and meet the talented squad.
 
Offer - All Ssc players can go half price $4 if they wear their Southbury shirt.
Parents can also go for 25% if they purchase tickets online and send a check....no discounts for parents at the gate.
 
CFC Azul is also looking for sponsors, local restaurant support of the event, and any volunteers to help! Contact Steve Coxon at if you are interested in helping.
On May 21st there will be a Southbury Soccer  Board meeting from 7-9 p.m. Location is currently Settlers Park. All executive and board positions are invited to attend.  Topics will include:

Southbury Soccer is pleased to offer five spring goalkeeping sessions starting April 30th at Settlers Park! Training is on Mondays and will go through June 4th.

The curriculum will include: Ball Gymnastics, Footwork, Basic Catching, Advanced Catching Basic Diving,Advanced Diving, Breakaways, Punching/Parrying, Distribution. Free Kick Wall Set Plays, Corner Kicks, Goal Kicks.

Carlos Almeida will be providing the training assisted by PHS Goalkeeper’s Zach Goodridge, Drew Berkowitz and other local area Keepers.

Time / Cost:
4:45pm – 6:00pm U10 & Below - $95 (Boys and Girls)
5:45pm – 7:15pm U11 & Above - $115 (Boys and Girls)
